cleansing of U.S. Army TACOM-LCMC-Warren managed vehicle system Provisioning Master Record(s) (PMR)(s)

Cleansing these PMRs prepared these records for a migration to a new computer system, the Logistics
Modernization Program (LMP)„ which is a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) SAP database modified for the
Army's unique military use. Cleansing these vehicle system PMRs involved:
• Analyzing error reports and identifying the error conditions.

Technical Manuals.
• Posting the corrective changes to the individual PMR parts records, Provisioning Line Item Sequence Number
(PLISN), within a vehicle system's Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN).
These cleansing actions ensured the correct indenture level for each individual PLISN below its Next Higher
Assembly (NHA) within a top-down-bottom-up parts explosion generational family tree relationship. Additionally, I
ensured the correct Useable On Code (UOC), or vehicle model variation within each PCCN, was
listed correctly under each individual PMR PLISN for all parts used within each vehicle End Item(s) (EI)(s), PCCN,
for thousands of PLISNs under each PCCN.
